I know what it's like to look like you have it all together while quietly falling apart inside.
Before I became a mom, I was already losing myself — chasing goals, pouring into everyone else, smiling through the exhaustion and calling it "fine." Then motherhood arrived, and suddenly the pressure to keep it all together while losing more and more of myself became impossible to ignore.
There were days I'd catch my reflection and think: Who even is she anymore?
That moment cracked everything open. And what came out the other side wasn't the woman I was before motherhood — it was someone stronger, clearer, and more unapologetically herself than I'd ever been. A woman who stopped shrinking. Who finally knew what she wanted. Who chose herself — not instead of her family, but for them.
That's the work I do now. And I am obsessed with it.
You've smiled through the hard days. You've said "I'm fine" so many times you almost believe it. You've shown up for everyone else and told yourself your turn would come later.
But here's what I know: later never comes on its own. You have to choose it.
And if you're here, reading this? Part of you is already choosing.
That's the woman I work with. The one who's done surviving and ready — even if she's scared — to start living.

This is why my approach is different. Most coaches work with your mindset. I work with all of you — your body, your beliefs, your energy, and your identity. Because that's what actually creates lasting change.
Ok, maybe this isn’t everyone’s version of “fun,” but if you know, you know. I will happily kick my family out, crank up some tunes, scrub like a madwoman, light a candle, and then finally relax. Does it happen every day? Hell no. Every week? Not likely. Biweekly? Hopefully. Monthly? Definitely—and I’ll take it.
That’s right—when I say I’m your hype girl, I mean it. Coach? Yes. Spin instructor? Absolutely. I love riding hard, pushing myself (and my crew) to the max to everything from Taylor Swift (always my fave) to EDM to punk rock. Music + movement are my therapy, my fuel, and honestly…the only thing keeping my slight insanity in check.
Especially if the song choice is bad. Life’s too short for boring intros, right? And, on that note, I might as well admit...I’ll stop watching a show all together if the casting feels off (especially the kids). Call it a quirk, but, as confessed, I’m big on alignment—when something feels off, I just can’t unsee it.
Before working with Kristin, I felt like I was drowning with juggling work, kids, and everything else with nothing left for myself. In just a few weeks, she helped me reconnect with my energy and reminded me that my needs matter too. Now I feel confident setting boundaries without guilt and showing up as the woman I actually want to be. It’s been life-changing.
I came into Kristin’s program completely stuck. I was unsure what I even wanted for myself anymore. She guided me step by step to uncover my desires and turn them into real intentions and goals. For the first time in years, I feel clear on what I want and have the tools to make it happen. She has a way of making you feel seen, supported, and unstoppable.
My favorite part about working with Kristin is how real she is. She’s part hype-girl, part tough-love best friend, and she always knows exactly what I need to hear. Her mix of warmth and accountability pushed me past my comfort zone and helped me fin my joy again. I didn’t just survive these past weeks...I truly thrived.
